Ms. Nitya Ramaswami is a visionary leader who has over four decades of experience in educational sector management, board governance, and organizational change management. She has served as Executive Director/Mentor for over seven years and has provided many valuable contributions to schools both in India and overseas. Ms. Ramaswami is a qualified auditor of the QCI (Quality Council of India) and is empaneled with the CBSE. She has received numerous commendations for her service towards special needs and the community at large pertaining to education, and is a life-time achievement awardee of Rehabilitation Council of India. She has done her masters in education and is in the process of completing her doctorate program. At ALC, Nitya mentors the academic team and ensures complete readiness of the curriculum.
